Post-spinal anesthesia hypotension is the most common incident which is about 15-33% for each spinal anesthetic injection. Hypotension in elderly causes loss of consciousness, pulmonary aspiration, respiratory depression and cardiac arrest. To determine the relationship between age and hypotension incidence on patients with post spinal anesthesia induction. This study employed descriptive correlational design with cross-sectional approach. There were 120 respondents who underwent surgery with spinal anesthesia recruited as the samples. The research was conducted in Karangasem hospital in March-May 2023 which were chosen by using technique. The data were collected by using observation sheet. The data were analyzed by using test. that the average of patients who underwent surgery with spinal anesthesia technique was 52.25 years old with deviation standard was 19.69 years old.
