THE CORRELATION BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE LEVEL AND ATTITUDE OF FOURTH YEAR STUDENTS ON DIPLOMA IV NURSING ANESTHESIOLOGY ABOUT INITIAL TRAUMA ASSESSMENT Faculty of Health Diploma IV of Nursing Anesthesiology Institute of Technology and Health Bali very important to be done in emergency situation to prevent the failure to the patients. To support the action, knowledge and attitude are needed in handling the patients to be more effective and optimal. determine the correlation between knowledge level and attitude of fourth year students on Diploma IV Nursing Anesthesiology about initial trauma assessment. This study employed analytical correlation design with cross sectional approach. The population of this study was 130 respondents who were fourth year students of Diploma IV Nursing Anesthesiology in ITEKES Bali. The samples were chosen by using total population sampling technique. The result of the study showed that 97 respondents had good knowledge about initial trauma assessment. There were 97 respondents had good attitude. There was correlation between knowledge level and attitude of fourth year students on Diploma IV Nursing Anesthesiology ( 0,001). knowledge level and attitude of fourth year students on Diploma IV Nursing Anesthesiology about initial trauma assessment.
